Sustainion^® Anion Exchange Membrane with a dry thickness of 50 microns. They are moderately basic and designed for use with supporting electrolyte.

These are special membranes with lower crossover, which show superior performance in our electrolyzer to convert CO₂ to formic acid. The X37-FA membranes should be activated for 12 hours in 1 M KOH at room temperature before use.

Note: these membranes can be used in a room temperature formic acid electrolyzer after activation.
