We are actively recruiting a Chemist I full time candidate and a Chemist I part time intern in our lab.

Dioxide Materials, a future world leader in CO2 sensing and remediation is looking for a recent graduate to help with carbon dioxide recycling and renewable energy development. Dioxide Materials is building new processes for CO2 recycling back into chemicals based on its discovery that ionic liquid coated metal catalysts show unusual activity for CO2 activation1. We convert CO2 and water into “syngas” and are working on scaling the technology to produce renewable fuels and chemicals. Dioxide Materials is highly focused on building a sustainable future through innovative green technology and are recruiting individuals who are committed to creating a more sustainable future.

The Chemist I will be responsible for a working with a PhD scientist of Engineer on a variety of tasks including: synthesizing organic chemicals, polymers, and other materials, doing GC, IR and NMR analysis, electrochemical characterization of the materials, and other tasks around the laboratory.
